Eligibility Criteria for Bihar Student Credit Card Yojana
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of the state of Bihar.
- The educational institution from which the student has passed must be recognized by the state or central government agency concerned.
- Under the Student Credit Card Scheme 2023, loans are given to students for higher education for general courses, and technical or computer enthusiast workers.

- Surf the official website www.7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in
- Now click on the New Applicant Registration and fill in the details such as Name, Mobile Number, E-mail ID, etc and click on send OTP
- After entering the OTP, a new form will open where you will have to submit some personal details and then three options will appear
- Select the Student Credit Card, from the option and fill in the required details after filling in all the details, click on the submit button.
- A unique ID number will be sent to your registered mobile number after successful submission and then the student will receive a copy of the submitted form in PDF Format, and the details of the documents that will be required in the further process.
