The Central Government has announced a Rs 10000 Interest-Free Loan Scheme in 2023 for its employees. Special Festival Advance Scheme 2023
A new scheme has been launched by our finance minister for our Government employees. The Rs 10000 Interest Free Loan Scheme 2023 has been launched to stimulate the demand in a fiscally prudent way by front-loading some expenditure and the main focus has been given to using the savings of Central Government employees to boost our economy.
The most important thing about this advance given by the government is that no interest will be charged on this money. Employees will be able to return this money in 10 installments. State governments have the option of offering festive advances on the lines of festive advances provided by the union government.

According to the Sixth Pay Commission, a festive advance of Rs 4,500 was available for non-gazetted officers and employees. But now the government is giving an advance of Rs 10,000. This decision is included in the Seventh Pay Commission. Keep in mind that this advance is for this financial year and the money received will have to be spent before March 2023.
