इसे REET के रूप में भी जाना जाता है और यह उम्मीदवारों के लिए एक राज्य स्तरीय प्रवेश परीक्षा है, जो शिक्षण विभाग में रुचि रखते हैं और सरकारी क्षेत्र में अपना करियर बनाना चाहते हैं। REET राजस्थान राज्य से संबंधित उम्मीदवारों के लिए जिलों में आयोजित किया जाएगा।पहले रीट परीक्षा के माध्यम से राज्य सरकार 20000 शिक्षकों की भर्तियां करने वाली थी, लेकिन अब इसकी संख्या बढ़ाकर 20000 कर दी गई है.राज्य के शिक्षा विभाग ने प्रदेश के 282 सरकारी स्कूलों में शिक्षकों के एक हजार नए पद स्वीकृत किए हैं. इन स्कूलों में लेवल-1 के 407 और लेवल-2 के 564 पद स्वीकृत किए गए हैं. ऐसा माना जा रहा है कि ये अतिरिक्त भर्तियां रीट की 31 हजार भर्तियों के साथ ही हो सकती हैं.

Eligibility Criteria for REET 2023
Educational Qualification:
For Class 1st to Class 5th (Primary Teacher):
The candidate should have passed their 12th examination must with a minimum of 50% marks and should have completed 2 years D.EL.ED (Diploma in Elementary Education) and appearing candidates can also apply.
OR
The candidates who passed their Senior Secondary with 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) are also eligible to apply.
OR
The candidates holding a Diploma in Special Education of 2 years with 50% aggregate marks in the Senior Secondary examination are eligible to apply.
OR
The candidates Graduated with Bachelor’s Degrees candidates along with D.El.Ed of 2 years is eligible to apply.
For Upper Primary Teacher (Class 6 to 8):
The candidate must have graduated along with D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) of 2 years.
OR
The candidate must have graduated by having also 1 year of B.Ed education to apply for this post.
OR
The candidate must have passed the 12th standard with 50% aggregate marks after the 12th qualification is required which is Bachelor of Elementary Education ((B.EL.Ed) of 4 years.
OR
The eligible candidates must have completed their 12th with the required 50% aggregate marks and passed under-graduation in B.Sc.Ed B.A / B.Sc.Ed / B.A. Ed.
Age Limit: The candidate’s age must have between 18 years to 32 years. Age relaxations are applicable for reserved categories.
