Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Government of Kerala has asked the applicants who have taken part in NEET UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, Under Graduate) 2023 to submit the NEET Result latest by November 2023. The Commissioner needs the result to prepare the Kerala NEET 2023 Rank List and applicants who have taken part in the medical entrance examination will have to submit their results to cee.kerala.gov.in by 5 p.m. on November 2023.
Kerala NEET 2023 Rank List
Kerala NEET Rank list 2023 will be prepared for admission to the state quota of government medical/dental colleges. As per the official notice, applicants who have appeared for NEET and have opted for admission to medical courses in the state of Kerala must submit their NEET Results details online to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations for the preparation of Kerala.
Only the students who will clear the NEET 2023 will be eligible for admission and the students must satisfy the eligibility criteria set for the reserved seats and only the RESIDENT of Kerala state will be eligible for state quota seats. In addition, NEET Cut Off for Kerala will be released in online mode only after the NEET Result declaration, and admission to colleges will be provided as per the cutoff.

NEET Rank List 2023
- The MCC will forward the Rank List to the State and Union Territories.
- The Rank List of NEET will release online.
- The Rank List will include the names of the applicants who have scored more than the minimum qualifying marks.
- Types of NEET Rank Lists are- All India Rank Rank List, 15% AQI Rank List, and State Wise Rank Rank List.
- On the basis of their Rank in the Rank List, applicants have to attend counseling.
Kerala NEET 2023 Counselling
After the declaration of the results and cutoff, the qualifying applicants will be called out for the NEET 2023 Counselling Round. The MCC is responsible for conducting the counseling procedure. The Mode of Counselling is online. There will be a Mock Round of Counselling that will help the applicants to choose the course and college options. On the basis of the applicant’s scores, and preferences, the MCC will allow the College and Course, and MCC will conduct the counseling for the following categories-
- 15% All India Quota Seats in Government Medical and Dental Colleges across all the states (excluding Jammu and Kashmir)
- Seats are reserved under IP Quota in ESIC Medical Colleges.
- 100% Seats in Deemed and Central Universities
- Armed Forces Medical College, Pune
Applicants must note that MCC will declare the number of available seats after each NEET Counselling Round and there will be 2 rounds of counseling for State Government Colleges and 3 Rounds of Counselling for Deemed and Central Government Universities.

NEET 2023 State-Wise Rank List
This is the NEET State-Wise Rank List Rank of the Applicants. The DGHS will hand over the list of applicants to the respective State and Union Territory Counselling Committee. These Counselling Committees will prepare their own separate Rank List on the basis of the All India Ranks of the applicants.
The Inclusion of the State Rank List will depend on many factors such as –
- The number of applicants who appeared for the exam from that particular state or Union territory.
- Details Presented by the applicant at the time of filling out the application form.
