The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board will announce the first round of seat allotment in an online mode for counselling. Applicants will have to log in and download the Bihar DCECE (PE/ PPE/ PM/ PMD )seat allotment letter 2023 in PDF format and get at least 2 printouts of the same. Applicants must then report to reporting centers within the scheduled time. If applicants fail to report within the scheduled time, their candidature will be cancelled. Applicants will not be entertained under any circumstances if they miss reporting at reporting Counselling centers.
