AUCET 2023: AUCET is a state-level entrance exam by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, that allows students to enroll in chosen postgraduate programs in Science, Commerce, Humanities, Management, Teaching, Journalism, and Mass Communication. AUCET 2023 is an abbreviation for Andhra University Common Entrance Test. Andhra University will hold AUCET 2023 once a year at the state level for admission to PG programs such as M.A. / M.Sc. / M. Com / M.Ed. / MTech, among others. Andhra University administers the AUCET Common Entrance Test for admission to PG degrees in Arts, Humanities, Law, and Engineering.
Andhra University and its associated colleges, including Dr. BR Ambedkar University, Srikakulam, will provide admission based on the AUCET entrance test scores. AUCET/ AUEET 2023
Andhra University is the first to be envisioned as a residential and teaching-cum-affiliating university, with a primary focus on postgraduate teaching and research. Currently, the University offers 313 courses in the arts, commerce, management, science and technology, engineering, law, pharmacy, and education. As a result, to be considered for admission, students must complete the AUCET Application Form 2023.
The University is made up of five core colleges and four AU Campuses. The Colleges of Arts and Commerce are the University’s largest constituent institution, with 26 Departments offering 42 courses, including four diploma programs. The College of Science and Technology has 21 Departments and provides 63 Courses, one of which is a Postgraduate Diploma. The College of Engineering is divided into 15 Departments that offer Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Research Programs. UGC has designated the Faculty of Law as an advanced Center in Law.

AUCET 2023 Eligibility Criteria
- Those interested in enrolling for AUCET 2023 should review the qualifying conditions before applying for any of the courses:
- The candidate must be an Indian citizen and an Andhra Pradesh resident with valid residency evidence as revised by the Andhra Pradesh State Educational Institution 1974.
- Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a field such as arts or science, with a minimum of 50 percent and a maximum of 45 percent for candidates from the restricted categories.
- Those who have taken or will take the final year exams may also apply for the courses.
- There is no upper age limit for taking AUCET 2023.
AUCET 2023 Application Procedure
- Navigate to the official website of Andhra University, audoa.in.
- Select the AUCET 2023.
- Fill out the online AUCET 2023 application form by clicking on the Registration Link.
- Enter your personal information such as Name, Surname, Mother’s Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Address, State, Country, and so on.
- Select the Register and Proceed option.
- Upload a passport-sized photo and your signature. The photograph and sign must be in “.jpg” format.
- Choose a testing location where you will take the exam.
- Enter your SSC roll number, month, and year of graduation.
- Choose the parents’ annual income.
- Choose a specific Reservation Category and a first and second language.
- Enter the study period, institution, and district from IX to the third year of a degree.
- Select the Preview option.
- After examining the application form, students can use the “Back-To Edit” option if any changes are needed.
- Otherwise, select the Save & Print option.
- Students will receive a message on their cell phone after successfully submitting their application form, stating, “Your Application is Submitted Successfully with Application Number.”
- Take a printout of the application form to complete the payment procedure.
- If students select Proceed to Pay Online, they must wait for 2-3 hours.
- Applicants from the general category must pay an application cost of INR 600/-, while candidates from the reserved category must pay an application fee of INR 500/-.
- Students can pay their application costs with any bank’s credit or debit card or using Net Banking.
- To make a payment, enter your information and click the Pay button.
- After successfully paying the application costs, students will get an SMS to their registered cellphone number and an email to their registered email ID.
- Students can now download and print the application form for future reference.
AUCET 2023 Exam Pattern
- The AUCET 2023 test will begin in offline mode.
- The examination will consist of 100 objective-type questions.
- The applicant must finish the paper in 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- There will be no negative marking, and the applicant will earn one mark for each correct answer. Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Geology, English, Physical Sciences, Humanities, Social Sciences, and other disciplines will be covered.
